Food pairings

A white wine that celebrates the Piacenza region: it pairs magnificently with 'tortelli con la coda' and local cured meats, but proves very modern with fried fish and hot appetizers. Its characteristic bitterish trail cleanses the palate after white meat dishes or first courses with vegetables.
